This is a general overview of the property and it's features, for a more
detailed description, do not hesitate to move to the inventory next.
Pasture represents 6.380 Has of the land.
The majority of it is "Buffel-gras" and the new pastures are
"Gatton-panic" - which give very good returns in both hay and
granary.
400 Has are used for Sorgho farming with here again excellent returns
for granary.
All equipment is in very good condition and
is largely sufficient for the development of the Estancia and it's maintenance.

Water is slightly mineral and obtained from
140/160m deep semi-artesian wells. Water comes up to 25m from the ground
in static and drops back to 35m in dynamic.
Diesel groups with air compressors are used to inject air down to 100m
and pump 15m3 of water/hour up into 12m high water towers built next to
the wells. These then supply water tanks by gravity up to 3.000m away
on both sides of the well.
There are currently 3 wells which are fully equiped with water tower,
compressor to supply 17 water tanks through 20.000m of pipes burried at
0.6m in the ground.
The buildings have all been well built and
maintained.
The foundations are made of concrete and the floors are all tiled.
Brick walls for the outside and Lapacho wood (a beautiful hard wood) framework.
Roofs are tiled over flat bricks.
Each building has its own bathroom and toilets with hot and cold water.
The big shed has a large office in front, 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms
on either side, a general store, a full mecanic workshop as well as
4 big warehouses.
The owners house, the managers house as well as the capataz' house all
have living area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and reserve.
Overall very confortable.
The landing strip is 1000m long by 30m wide,
in regulation with the Paraguayan civil aviation laws and located only
200m away from the habitations.
The corral is built with solid wood and can
hold up to 1500 animals.
The current livestock count is 3552 cattles and 70 horses.
